China Sampler and Mountain Tour

Day 1 : Arriving West Coast-Shanghai
Arriving at the Shanghai airport, you will be greeted by our tourist guide and will be taken to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2 : Shanghai-Suzhou-Wuxi
Shanghai-the largest commercial and financial center of China is worth a sight. Mornings after breakfast ride to Suzhou in a magnificent rail coach. Shanghai also know as a Venice of the East", is a exceedingly luxurious and exquisite city. You will be visiting the ‘Grand Canal’ around which the city is built. Next destination is towards the Tiger Hill, spent some time enjoying the sight. Later in the evening visit the beautiful garden of the city - Garden of the Master of the Nets, that entitled Suzhou as the "Garden City". Also enjoy the ‘Silk Production Show’ in the evening. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Wuxi-Yangzhou
Mornings proceeds to Wuxi- another oldest city in China with a history of more than 3000 years. Visit the Turtle Head Peninsular Park one of the most captivating sights in the region. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Lake Tai- the third-largest lake in China.
Also visit the ‘Three Kingdom Movie Site’, also known as "the Hollywood in China", and the Freshwater Pearls Farm. If you are lucky, you can happen to encounter some of the great, popular Chinese stars. Afternoon cuisine have special attractions for you, you will be served a typical local cuisine known as Wuxi Ribs.
From Wuxi you will be driven in a luxurious motor coach to Yangzhou. Check in the hotel for an over night stay.

Day 4 : Yangzhou-Nanjing
Mornings, your tour starts with a visit to the Slender West Lake and the Gardens. Enjoy a boat ride on the pristine waters of the lake. The city has some beautiful landscape that definitely leaves you spell binding. The 2500-year-old Yangzhou City is known for it’s numerous pavilions and delicate Huaiyang cuisine. Continue your cruise to Nanjing by motor coach. Over night stay at the hotel.

Day 5 : Nanjing -Hangzhou
Nanjing is the capital city of Jiangsu Province. Mornings, after a delicious breakfast proceeds for the Nanjing Museum-the age-old artifacts and many traditional items kept stored in the museum will take you to the era of great Chinese rulers and emperors. Also visit Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, there after Xuanwu Lake- enjoy the panoramic view around the lake or indulge in boat cruise.
Relish the local cuisine of Qinhuai, offering the mouth-watering delicacies. Continue your travel to Hangzhou, check in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6 : Hangzhou - Mt. Hangshan
Hangzhou is a city with a rich history and culture. Marco Polo described this place as "the most beautiful and magnificent city in the world". Morning holds lot of charms in it. You will be taken to the West Lake, where you can enjoy a boat ride full of gratifying sights. Also visit the ‘Yellow Dragon Cave’, enjoy the renowned ‘Dragon Well Tea’, Chinese No.1 tea plantation. Proceed to Mt. Huangshan by motor coach in the afternoon.

Day 7 : Mt. Huangshan
Mt. Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) is the most prestigious mountain in China and depicts the opulent heritage of mankind. Reaching the Huangshan City in the night, overnight stay at the hotel.
Morning, visit the most captivating sites of the city. Proceeds for the city sightseeing tour, that includes ‘stones shaped human and animal figure, quite unique in itself and the ‘sea of clouds’ on the hilltop along with a hot spring. You will be riding in a cable car to the mountaintop, enjoy the panoramic view of the city down. Explore the famous peaks on the mountaintop, one of the most bitching sights. From the zenith the neighboring peaks looks dwarfed and in the distance the complete environ gradually merges into one hue, showcasing a life long vista for your weary eyes. Enjoy the night stay in the hotel at the mountaintop.

Day 8 : Mt. Huangshan-Shanghai
Get-up early morning to delight in the awe-inspiring vista of the first rays of the sun, penetrating from the horizon. Mountain peaks camouflaging in the sea of cloud, adds charisma to the whole environs. Continue the excursion on the Mt. Huangshan. Descend by cable car and tour the Hongcun Village, which has been recognized as the World Culture Heritage of mankind. Mingle with the people of the village and watch their like style carefully. Fly back to Shanghai in the evening.

Day 9 : Shanghai
Morning proceeds for the city sightseeing tour of Shanghai. Visit Yuyuan Garden, Shanghai Museum and the Mausoleum of Madam Song Qingling, the wife of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Enjoy the local cuisine at the New Lubolang Restaurant in afternoon. Afternoons are at leisure, stroll around the Nanjing Road and the Bund (Wai Tan) waterfront areas, now considered as a modern Shanghai. Here is the best place to capture the western influence of the old days. Evenings enjoy shopping the specialties of the city from the bustling and colorful bazaars showcasing diverse variety of artifacts.

Day 10 : Shanghai-West Coast
Your tours comes to an end and you will be departing to the airport for your onwards destination with some of the most precious memories of your trip.
